Additionally Ron has been an OD specialist, strategist and futurist to Fortune 500 companies; principal and partner of a highly successful OD consultancy; and developer/deliverer of impactful leadership trainings across the country. Retired Founding Director, Emerging Technologies Center (ETC), Motorola Incorporated, our mission was, "Visions, Ideas and Champions - as fast as we can." Reported directly to the CEO and provided visions and strategies for corporate renewal. Nine issued patents, ranging from the e-book or digital electronic book, to artificial intelligence. Published two books on personal computing, 46 articles and papers, and two introductory videos on artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic. Responsible for the creation of the Association Engine, the second largest patent application in the history of the USPTO. Built several Web sites, keynote speeches and business presentations at major events and at top companies all over the world. Peter Orgain

Peter, 58, has been an executive coaching and training consultant for 22 years, specializing in thinking styles, behavioral modeling and creativity. Working closely with Dr. Ron Cruickshank, Peter and Ron have helped leadership teams succeed in product innovation, invigorate their employee training programs, master new ways of thinking, and have more fun on the job. Also, Peter has maintained a private therapy practice with individuals, helping them successfully address a variety of issues. 

His hobbies include industrial design (he holds U.S. and international patents for safety hypodermic needles), architecture (he designed and personally built homes in Vermont, Panama, and the Bahamas), and photography (which can be seen regularly on this website.*) In 1994, Peter was listed in Who's Who of American Inventors. Peter and his “original” wife Carol have two married sons and one terrific granddaughter.. Known for his enthusiasm and humor, Peter gives his clients first rate service and support.

Andy Murphy, M.A.

Andy is a Life Transition and Executive Coach, business consultant, trainer and writer who helps people and organizations change and grow into their fullest potential. He is a trained Coach with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with more than twenty years of experience in both clinical and organizational settings. He specializes in working with people in the process of redesigning their lives, their careers or their organizations. He helps them bring their vision into focus and achieve their goals while teaching the most contemporary approaches to stress management and conflict resolution.

Andy has over 16 years of experience in human resource development, training, and counseling and transpersonal psychology   with concentrations in group dynamics, interpersonal communication skills. His current focus is on organization and personal transformation with specific attention to stress management. He is a certified management consultant and ROPES course facilitator with Performax Systems International, and a certified Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Speakers Association and maintains a private counseling practice in the northern California.
