Executive Coaching is many times about simplicity of focus and thought. We believe the only criteria for determining if you are a successful leader is the presence of motivated followers.  Gandhi and General Norman Schwarzkopf  are both considered highly effective leaders, yet their styles were vastly different. What they had in common were exceptional results and motivated followers. As providers of executive coaching, this insight leads us to discard many of the writings on leadership because it only focuses on leadership behavior, not the necessary relationship and feedback loops that allow a truly effective leader to present a vision and goals that people will buy in to.
